Content: projects, tasks, team members, absences.

Technical: connection logs, IP address (7 days max), user-agent.

Provide access to the service and enable collaboration within projects.

Ensure account security and detect fraudulent uses.

Billing via Stripe for Pro users.

Active account: as long as the user maintains their account.

Inactive account: automatic deletion after 24 months of inactivity.

Invoices: kept for 10 years in accordance with French accounting law.
