Terms of sale

1 · Purpose

These terms govern the sale and use of the FlowGantt service, a SaaS platform for online Gantt planning, published by the company Kyoroki.

2 · Plans and pricing

Free plan: up to 3 projects, limited AI, no credit card, unlimited in time.

Pro monthly plan: €9.00 / month excl. tax, no commitment, cancel anytime.

Pro annual plan: €90.00 / year excl. tax (i.e. €7.50/month — 17% savings), no tacit price renewal.

Team plan: €29.00 / month excl. tax, 5 seats included, +€5.00/month excl. tax per additional seat.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code (VAT exemption regime — self-employed). Displayed prices are therefore net, with no VAT to add. This notice applies to all customers, in France, in the European Union (B2B and B2C) and outside the EU. An invoice is automatically issued for each payment.

3 · Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.). FlowGantt does not store any banking information.

Accepted methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, CB), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

4 · Right of withdrawal

Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, since the service is provided immediately in digital form with the customer's express consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

In case of dissatisfaction within 14 days of the first Pro subscription, a commercial refund may be requested at contact@flowgantt.eu.

5 · Cancellation

The Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe customer portal (accessible via your profile). The service remains active until the end of the paid period.

No pro-rata refund is applied in the event of cancellation during a period.

6 · Liability

FlowGantt undertakes to ensure a service availability of 99.5% on an annual average, excluding planned maintenance.

FlowGantt's liability cannot be engaged in the event of data loss due to user negligence (shared password, manual deletion, etc.).

7 · Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action before the competent courts of Paris.
